After returning the questionnaire, I will perform a thorough evaluation of your training and racing history as well as your future goals. You're training program will gradually and progressively build to prepare you to reach your goals. On the training schedule you will have details for each and every day. No more guesswork. Based on your current fitness level, I will give you specific paces for each run. The schedule is built for you.
RNR Advantage Training Plan
The RNR Advantage training plan is the most basic training plan offered. It is a custom training program designed just for you, taking into consideration your strengths and weaknesses as a runner. Your plan is built specifically for you based on your goals and delivered in full via Final Surge. I will customize this plan specifically for you with instructions given for each run. This is for the runner who likes having a customized plan that is built for them, but is more comfortable executing it themselves. This plan is the perfect solution if you just need a customized training schedule to follow for a race, but do not need coaching support. There are no changes offered with this plan once it is delivered. Any changes requested will incur an additional charge based on the changes requested. Minimum of 8 weeks required. This plan is only $1 per day or $7 per week!! It can be customized to any length to fit your needs. RNR Premier Training Plan
Looking for a personal running coach to help you take your running to the next level? Then you are ready for RNR Premier Training Plan. With RNR Premier, Coach Michael Scott becomes your personal running coach, providing you with planning sessions, detailed training schedules, regular feedback and schedule updates as needed. With the RNR Premier Training Plan you get a custom training program designed just for you, taking into consideration your strengths and weaknesses as a runner. You put too much time and effort into your training to leave it to some generic program found in a book or on the internet. You deserve better, you deserve Premier Training. Your plan is built specifically for you and delivered via Final Surge. This plan is built so that your progress moves forward based on how you are doing with your training which allows for continuous forward progress. I will customize this plan specifically for you with instructions given for each run. It will be uploaded to your Final Surge account, an on-line site that allows you to leave notes and upload information from your Garmin or other training device for each training day. Final Surge will also send you an email or text each day based on the settings you choose in your Final Surge account with your workout and has a mobile version so you always have access to your plan from your mobile device. This plan is $11.50 per week after the 8 week initial commitment and can be customized to any length to fit your needs. In addition to this the plan includes:

If you live in Greencastle, IN or the surrounding area and you would like to have a personal coach to help you through your runs, this is the service for you. This type of coaching will involve 1 run per week (1 hour or less), with me, at your pace meeting me in Greencastle, IN. The first month will include an in-depth, in-person evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions. Based on your plan, I will run 1 of your scheduled workouts (1 hour or less ) with you per week throughout your training program. You have the option to add additional runs with me weekly for an additional $35/hour. This plan is ideal for the beginning runner that needs extra attention, as well as the more experienced runner looking for a more detailed, personal experience. Regardless of your ability level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work individually with me and have your specific needs addressed while you are running. I will move or modify your plan anytime you need me too – due to life, appointments, kids…or change of goals – for the duration of your training. This type of coaching will involve communication via face to face contact, phone, email and text. You will receive your training monthly via Final Surge.
$200 for the first month $175 each additional month $35 per hour for additional runs with you Must be paid at the first of each month.
