Solid training for March

The month of March saw a solid training month.  Ended up with 275.3 miles run for the month which was a monthly mileage record for the 4th month in a row.  This also puts me at 797 miles run for the year so far.  Well on my way to my goal of running 2500 miles for the year.  I also set a new PR for my 5k time this month with a time of 19:21 and set a new PR for my 50k time with a time of 4 hours 45 minutes.  Looking forward to my first 100 mile ultra on April 20th.  Less than 3 weeks away.  Let the taper begin!!
